Who knew bananas could be such kitchen heroes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applesauce:<\/strong> \u00bc cup. Something so simple can give your mix a wonderfully light and soft texture.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For savory recipes (like tortillas or burgers):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flax or chia can help here too: they\u2019re incredibly versatile!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chickpea flour:<\/strong> 2 tablespoons of flour + 2 tablespoons of water.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p>The magic of egg-free cooking shows us that with simple, natural ingredients, we can say to ourselves: <em>\u201cI love myself, I take care of myself, I value myself.\u201d<\/em> Because there\u2019s nothing more valuable than time, and we often give it to everything except ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So next time you\u2019re out of eggs, remember there are many ways to cook with love.
